The Company

Our client is a specialised labour hire services provider to the NSW construction and industrial markets. They adopt a strong focus on consistent delivery, reliability and customer focus which has assisted in their growth and on-going development. Due to increasing demand they are now looking to engage the services of a Recruitment Consultant for their Sydney offices.

The Opportunity

Your role will be to identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing and security markets for all blue collar labour hire applications. You will work closely with key decision makers and develop long-term relationships by placing high calibre workers across the board.

You

1-3+ Years sales experience within labour hire services &/or recruitment.
Ability to work autonomously.
Strong focus on customer service and follow-up.
Ability to negotiate rates whilst considering margins.
Looking for a long-term move and an opportunity to grow a team.
