Responsible for developing and maintaining the services with specifically assigned contractors and operators in Perth Wa Product line responsibility includes track, auger, blast, and other associated product lines. Service management responsibility includes new products and aftermarket sales such as repair, service and replacement parts.

The person must be able to:
- Develop and maintain a Service forecast
- Develop service strategies specific to the area
- Provide accurate market analysis and intelligence
- Prepare timetables and rosters for service crews
- Provide suggestions for earnings growth
- Work with customers on clear and complete quotation requests
- Provide a single point contact for assigned accounts an customers
- Negotiate acceptable terms and conditions of service

Along with a strong customer service focus, your experience in mobile drilling equipment will help you offer the soundest solutions to your clients and teams. You will also have the capacity to trouble shoot and conduct analysis of mining equipment to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved.

You may have a trade or engineering qualification coupled with industry experience in drilling underground or open pit. Excellent communication skills combined with strong PC and report writing skills are also essential. On offer is an exceptional base salary + 4x4 plus tools of the trade and the potential to grow into a National service manager position.
