My client is one of the world leaders in the FMCG market with all of their products a household name. They pride themselves on not only bringing quality products to the market, but also having the right people to do it. Due to movement within the business they are now in search of a Site Engineer to join their Western Sydney location.

The scope of this role sees you being responsible for a budget in excess of $1million and a few capital projects. You will be the leader for all site related engineering activities. You will be working closely with factory managers, engineers as well as various services. You will also be leading the on site compliance with Major Hazard Facility regulations.

To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, have at least 5 years experience in a similar role or a project engineering position. You must have strong leadership skills coupled with innovative problem solving skills. You need to have a strong technical ability and have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

This role will see you progress through the ranks of the company in future years and as such someone with the drive and determination to move up the ladder is imperative.
