Our client is a successful medium sized construction company, located on the city fringe, who specialise in complex and high quality commercial projects. They traditionally construct commercial office buildings, retail and fitout projects, industrial facilities and multi unit high end residential. Values generally range from $200k - $25m + and tenders are a mix of D&C and hard dollar.

Due to sustained growth they require an experienced commercial estimator/cost planner to bolster their team. They ideally want someone who has at least 3-5 years estimating or cost planning experience on projects $5m+, who has in-depth knowledge of the local market and who has a successful track record of winning competitive tenders.

Tertiary qualifications on construction management/economics or quantity surveying are preferred but candidates from a trade background with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates from a cost planning or quantity surveying background are also encouraged to apply.
