Technical Leader - Transport Modelling

We are looking for a Technical Leader to join our client's formidable team and drive their transport modelling forward. Excellent work-life balance, challenge and career growth is on offer.

In order to be eligible for this role your will need to possess the following:

Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline (Civil Engineering / Applied Science / IT / Mathematics / Similar )At least 5-10 years' relevant experience RPEQ and CPEng or eligibility for RPEQ and CPEng Right to work status in Australia (no visa sponsorships on offer at this point) A demonstrable track record in Transport Modelling and Network PlanningValid Driver's License
In order to excel in this role you will need to possess the following:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to lead and motivate a team as well as mentor more junior staffSuperb analytical and problem solving abilityA drive to meet and exceed deadlines and achieve outstanding resultsTransport infrastructure modelling & Strategic Modelling expertise
