We are currently seeking a Safety and Training Advisor with these same ideals for our team at Bootu Creek. This is an outstanding opportunity for an advisor with mining experience to secure a role with a leading contractor and ensure their future career development.

Essential Requirements:
Appropriate Formal Qualifications – Cert 4 in OH&S or higher, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA), At least 3-5 years recent experience in a similar role, Competent in the practical interpretation of safety regulations relevant to Mining Operations, Demonstrated Skills:
Operational experience utilising heavy equipment in the Mining industry, Demonstrated knowledge of, and skills in, competency-based training, Must be able to operate most heavy earthmoving plant and equipment NRW would ideally like candidates with both a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAA) and a minimum of Certificate IV in OHS. Having performed similar roles, you will be well aware of the need to be an effective communicator and to be able to influence others.
