Mining Engineer South Africa
Incumbent provides technical mining engineering advice, implement departmental strategies, overseer look all current projects, risk management, complaince audits and efficiency measures. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of the South African mining industry, knowledge of opencast and/or underground mining, and must be familiar with mining methods and equipment, s4(1)of MHSA ensuring all s2 requirements are adhered to.
Salary R900k
Advantageous contract management, report writing and presentation skills are important
Benefits market related
Computer Packagesexperience and knowledge of Datamine, surpac, Xpac, Xeras, whittle is an advantage
Experience at least 5 years related post qualification experience.
Qualifications B.Eng/B.Sc Mining, Mine manager's Cert of Competency, post grad MBA/MBL qualification, PR Eng registration.
