Established national mining organisation is at the forefront of the Mining & Resources sector, is looking for a Senior Mine Planner due to their strong pipeline of work in 2009-2010.

The company is looking for a senior mine engineer/planner with the following attributes:

Role:

Provide mine planning expertise to a number of project teamsAssist in mine expansions, tenders and feasibilitiesInput to mine costings, estimating and optimisation of production and machinery.Assist in the overall organisation goals and objectives within a team environment
Ideal Candidates:

Degree qualified in Mining or Engineering Proven track record in mine planning open-pit experience essentialTechnical competent ie Vulcan, Xpac and MinescapeExtensive knowledge of green and brown field sitesStrong interpersonal skills written and verbally.
