Senior Cost Estimator required to manage and coordinate the development of various types of estimates including scoping through to detail engineering studies for international and domestic mining projects. The role function will include assisting in multi-discipline activities and inputs throughout the full project development cycle from conceptual studies to final project estimates. Evaluating and recommending allowances for indirects, design unknowns, escalation and contingency, presenting estimates and conducting review meetings with the client, participating and coordinating company risk and opportunity evaluation with client.
Requirements for the position are a career record of achievement in a Senior Estimator position within a large organization, a minimum of ten years consulting engineering or EPCM experience in mining, mineral processing or related heavy industry.
