930E Komatsu Truck Technician

Our client is currently seeking and experienced 930E Komatsu Truck Technician. This role will encompass electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance to 930E Komatsu Dump Trucks. You will be required to monitor technical problems and provide technical input to the site and carry out all tasks associated with the MARC agreement.

Required skills and experience:

* Experience in AC Electrical Drive Off Highway Trucks
* Previous experience with Komatsu Equipment
* Sound trouble shooting skills Mechanical or Electrical
* Previous exposure to KAL Maintenance and Operational Policies
* 24V Auto Electrical Skills
* 24V Air Conditioning Skills
* Hydraulic Troubleshooting Skills

Qualification and skills:

* Tade qualifications as Electrical Fitter and must hold a current Qld Electrical Licence
* Be able to communicate with customers, visitors and staff at all levels
* Must have a working knowledge local and mine specific, Environment, OH&S, and Industrial legislation
* Relevant Coal Mine licences for Forklifts, Cranes,
* Relevant Black Coal Inductions ie SGS, BMA SOPs
* Ability to analyse technical problems and suggest remedies
* Ability to read and understand Electrical and Mechanical Drawings
* Ability to work with the minimum of supervision
* Ability to work safely under pressure and meet deadlines
* Must have a motor vehicle licence

An excellent remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a residential role and accommodation is available for a single or family status.
