Site based near Kalgoorlie/Boulder
9/5 roster, in/out on company time

Our client is a thriving mining company with significant tenements all over Australia. Due to increased activities within their operational areas, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Environment Advisor who has worked with mining companies, extensively on site to join their Environmental Services team.

This role is suitable for an environmental professional with a minimum of four years experience with leadership attributes to supervise site based activities in the absence of the site superintendent. This role will partake in this company’s current, short term and long term environmental management initiatives.


This role is a permanent salaried role with attractive base salary, 15% super, bonus + super on bonus and other attractive company benefits.


We are interested in hearing from you if you have:

*
Minimum of 4 years experience implementing environmental management programs on site within the resources sector
*
Tertiary qualified in environmental management or science related field
*
High understanding of environmental legislation


In addition to:

*
Strong leadership skills
*
Surveying, sampling, monitoring and relevant reporting experience
*
Experience in providing assistance to mine operation and exploration personnel
*
High computer literacy with well developed written communication skills
*
Well developed problem solving and analytical skills
*
Well developed interpersonal skills
*
High team player with solid management ability
