This global company delivers cost effective, diverse, and high performance engineering, construction, facilities and maintenance solutions across various industry sectors. They now require a well rounded Facilities / Maintenance Manager for a high profile maintenance contract in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage this multi disciplinary facilities / maintenance contract focussing on profitability and contractual compliance. You will be responsible for a multi – disciplinary trades team and for,

* Safety performance and employee relations;
* Financial performance of the contract;
* Compliance with all relevant Statutory Regulations;
* Quality assurance and documentation management;
* Asset and maintenance management;
* Suppliers / consultants / subcontractors; and community relations.

The prime focus of this role is to establish strong relationships with the client while ensuring a “win-win” outcome for both parties.

You are an experienced Facilities/ Maintenance Manager whose success in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction has been built upon strong operational and people skills. You possess;

* Relevant engineering/trade qualifications.
* Experience in the profitable management of maintenance contracts.
* A working knowledge of maintenance management systems
* Knowledge quality assurance and document production
