About the Job
Our client, a large mining company, is seeking multiple Coal Mine Production and Maintenance Supervisors to support their underground operations in Marion, Illinois.
Coal Mine Production and Maintenance Supervisors
These positions will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a coal production shift or unit in a safe and efficient manner to achieve established production objectives within an approved budget. The ideal candidates should be flexible and open to potential growth.
Requirements:
4-year degree not required, but would be a plus
4+ years of underground coal mining experience with some supervision
Must possess or be qualified to obtain State and Federal Mining certifications to perform the job
Federal and State Electrical Cards for maintenance positions
Compensation:
The position offers a salary between $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience, along with a bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
