PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) operates a coal mine in Sangatta East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines in the world.

In order to maintain its position as world's most efficient coal producer, PT Kaltim Prima Coal is under taking formal continous business and performance improvement.

Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sengata - East Kalimantan for the positions of:

Supervisor – Electrical Project (Code S-EP)
(Kalimantan Timur - Sangatta)

Responsibilities:
* Part of project team to supervise projects execution and construction.
* Identify potential project execution/construction problems and risks, and propose contingency/mitigation plans. Oversee the implementation and monitor the progress;
* Liaise and have intensive communication with stake holders related project requirements;
* Ensure that all in field execution and construction undertaken meet technical specification, standards, quality and time;
* Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety and Environment and meeting the requirements of KPC Prima Nirbhaya.

Requirements:
* At least D3 degree in electrical system with 5 years relevant electrical projects experience;
* Willing to work under pressure;
* Have extensive experiences and proven skills in electrical system in mining or industry;
* Understand how to supervise projects execution of fixed plants;
* Use experience accumulated in the current or similar roles to demonstrate a capability to think across others;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
* Having knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and standards.
