HE Mechanic / Supervisor - Komatsu Specialist

Our client is an international mining company focused on developing and operating mineral resource projects worldwide. They have an immediate vacancy for an experienced and trade qualified Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Supervisor to assist with maintenance activities at their gold operation in West Africa.

You will be responsible for assisting with, and supervising a National workforce in all aspects associated with mechanical maintenance to their fleet of open cut mobile mining equipment.

To be considered you must possess:

* Mechanical Trade (Diesel Fitter) qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years post-trade experience
* Experience in the repairs and maintenance of Komatsu heavy earthmoving equipment
* The ability to work successfully within a team
* Previous supervisory experience
* French language skills to intermediate level or better

This position will operate off a 9 weeks on x 3 weeks off fly-in / fly-out roster. An excellent salary is on offer + bonus scheme + full accommodation and messing at site + economy class flights to point of hire each roster break.
