MASTER BUILDERS SOUTH AUSTRALIA FIELD OFFICER The Master Builders Association (SA) Inc is the peak employer association representing all sectors of the building and construction industry in South Australia. Master Builders seeks to employ a Field Officer to support its On-Track Apprenticeship Program. This role includes supervision, training and assessment of our On-Track apprentices and recruitment and liaison with their employers. Responsibilities are to increase apprentice numbers in the On-Track Apprenticeship Program, support existing apprentices and employers whilst ensuring quality training and assessment. The position requires • knowledge of the Australian Apprenticeship system• knowledge of competency based assessment• knowledge of National Training Packages• excellent communication and negotiation skills• a building trade qualification and/or extensive experience (preferably in carpentry) Highly considered will be • exposure to both commercial and residential industry sectors• a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment• intermediate computer skills as a minimum If you hold the relevant qualifications/experience and share our dedication to developing the South Australian building and construction industry
