SITE FOREPERSONS/LEADING HANDS Our highly skilled Civil Construction team is currently seeking experienced and high quality Construction Forepersons/Leading Hands to join our team. The successful applicants will have extensive experience in the Construction Industry along with demonstrated leadership skills with proven project results. The position requires excellent project management skills with an understanding of various construction activities and operate within industry best practice guidelines with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours and travel is a requirement of this position as well as a strong knowledge and belief and experience in OH&S requirements The successful applicants will - Allocate and manage functions within a team- Understand and implement construction processes- Inspect products and materials for conformity- Work to client specifications, industry best practice and documented procedures- Understand drainage, pavement and earthworks- Have excellent customer focus and communication skills- Be willing to work flexible hours and in a team environment- Utilise trade and or non trade equivalent skills
