Operations Manager

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in the Darling Downs region. This role can either be offered as residential or DIDO.

The focus of this position is system development, implementation and management with end to end accountability for the operation of the organisation.

The successful applicant will oversee and continually improve the administration, information systems and ensure that comprehensive records are maintained. They will also maintain close liaison with department managers and Client Representatives to ensure that all operations are proceeding safely and in accordance with contract requirements, and in a manner which will ensure optimum efficiency.

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following:

* 15+ years of experience in oilfield drilling and well operations, including leadership experience and or project management
* Current Well Control Certificate

There is a very attractive remuneration package on offer which includes accommodation, vehicle and mobile.
