  • Supervise all activities on shift to ensure planned work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Promote safe work behaviour and drive high standards
  Necessary attributes:
  • Proven leadership and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role mandatory, preferably at a longwall operation
  • Applicants must possess or be in the process of obtaining a NSW Undermanager's Certificate of Competence or equivalent
