Job Description

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The delivery and quality of all civil engineering design work for specific projects.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of design outputs.
• Constant liaising with client representatives and project managers.
• Ensuring a consistent quality across the Civil Engineering team.
• Mentoring and development of junior engineers.
• Business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience within an engineering / consulting environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of resource related infrastructure - earthworks, drainage, roads, sewerage, hydrology, concrete and civil structures.
• Prior experience leading and mentoring others.
