Excellent Ongoing Contract Opportunity / Work with an Established Exploration and Mining Company / Fantastic Earning Capacity and Work Conditions

We are currently seeking experienced Field Assistants to support our exploration client in Central - Northern Queensland. This publicly listed company is currently in the feasibility stage of a hard-metals copper project in the Mt Isa region. The role is on an an 8 / 6 roster FIFO of either Townsville or Mt Isa. Accomodation and meals will be provided by the client whilst on shift, with the added bonus of working with a drvien and professional team.

You will possess previous experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Paramount to this role is your ability to be resourceful and use your intuition.

Some of your main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Drill rig site preparation
* Sampling/Processing
* Liaising with tenement holders and drilling contractors
* Use of computer systems and software
* Abilitly to learn quickly and take direction
