The continued growth & expansion in the mining and civil sectors has created an excellent career opportunity for a Business Developer to join the Mining team based out of the Hunter Valley. The group has 52 national offices currently and is looking to build upon existing mining and civil relationships to expand into greater New South Wales.
The primary objectives of this newly-created role is to develop new client business relationships in the area. You will be specifically responsible for:
Managing a database of mining clients & candidates
Nurturing & developing business relationships
Developing and maintaining a marketing cycle
Delivering high levels of client service
There will be a need to travel to remote areas in New South Wales to visit clients, where you may also be accompanied by personnel from the National Mining Team.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will ideally have previous recruitment or sales experience in the areas of trades and/or mining. Alternatively, you may be looking for a career change within the mining or civil fields. Your excellent communication & time management skills & the ability to make decisions independently will be well rewarded.
