BRIEF
The position will entail the supervision and maintenance of a fleet (at present) of 3 O&K excavators (RH 30 & 40), 7 Terex 60t trucks, Drester Dozers and Drester and Terex graders, plus a fleet of Kamas equipment and light vehicles. We are expecting to source further equipment, both mining and auxilliary, in the future.
We are looking for a hands on leader to build and kit the workshop, develop systems and recruit and train locals to maintain the equipment in a modern efficient manner.
The position would be resident status, commuting to site weekly on a 5/2 or 9/5 rotation (the latter would be opposite your foreman, which you will select, to ensure weekend coverage in the early stages of the project).
The project itself is a greenfields project and it would be a clear sheet for you to set up the systems.
