Backhoe, loader, grader, drill, bulldozer and haul truck Under the authority of the Mine Supervisor, the Heavy Equipment Operator work in secure ways on multiples tasks related to mining site operations and responds to the demands of different departments. The candidate we are looking for owns a High School diploma (D.E.S.) and a class 3 license. A minimum experience of five (5) years on mining site or quarry and experience with a minimum of two (2) heavy equipments is required.
Meadowbank Division is located in the Nunavut territory at approximately 70 kilometers north of Baker Lake Community. The site’s construction is in progress and the commercial exploitation should start in the beginning of 2010. Once the production’s started, this division will employ about 400 persons.

Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. is presently looking for dynamic and motivated candidates to join its Meadowbank Division.

WORKING CONDITIONS
