Site Supervisors - Civil/Infrastructure Project’s - Expressions of Interest

With new key Civil/Infrastructure projects recently won and anticipated we are opening expressions of interest for Site Supervisors to join our team.

Your core responsibilities are:

Plan, manage and control the relevant areas of construction you have been assigned, on this project. Ensure completion in accordance with both John Holland’s and the Client’s expectations in reference to quality, time and profit objectives. Coordination of all onsite activities, liaising with sub contractors, dealing with OH&S issues and attending site meetings.To be considered for these role’s you will need to be willing to work in the remote localities on a FIFO 3/1 roster and have the attributes to be part of a successful and supportive team environment.

To be considered for Supervisory role’s you will posses:

Qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or demonstrated experience. Demonstrated competency in Construction execution & planning. Preferably 5 years experience in a supervisory or equivalent role Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills. Basic Computer proficiency MS Office software. OHS & E awareness
