Operator / Maintainers - Wirtgen Surface Miners Australia (for residents)
NRW are currently sourcing operators/maintainers for Wirtgen Surface Mining machines operating our Christmas Creek site in the North West of WA.
Reporting to the section supervisor this is a site based role best suited to a career- minded individual who takes pride in their professional conduct and would like to develop and grow with a business which will recognise their potential.
The successful candidate will have recent site based experience on mid to large scale civil or mining projects operating and/or maintaining Surface Mining Units.
Essential criteria for this role include;
Operating experience with Wirtgen 2500 Surface Mining units or similar;
Be mechanical minded / or trade qualified;
Road profiling or trenching backgrounds considered;
Previous mine site experience in iron ore preferred.
On offer is a 2/1 roster and the opportunity to be part of an exciting new growing mining project with solid growth potential. A person with experience working within a contracting environment would be most likely suited to the position.
