Description

Currently we require an Operations Finance Manager for the Perth team. Your role will oversee and manage the operational costing and capital expenditure for the Koolyanobbing project. The successful candidate should come from a background of managing the costing for mine sites, including; actual, reforecast and planning, capital management and production cost reporting. Previous experience leading a team of analysts and accountants should also be something you are familiar and comfortable with.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage production costing for the Koolyanobbing project, including communication channels
• Site travel as required to support the project
• Actuals, Re-forecasting & Planning; including Quarterly/Annual and 5 years plans’
• Management of the analyst team
• Analytics of actual & forecasting
• Business improvement including training and standardisation of processes

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

• Substantial experience within a similar management role
• Substantial operational resources experience, ideally mining
• Strong understanding and acumen of key accounting and business concepts
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting systems, ideally Ellipse, Business Objects, Hyperion
• Tertiary qualifications within the financial or commercial area
• CPA or equivalent
