* 3pm to midnight Mon-Fri
* $$ Negotiable based on experience

This very important role will supervise a group of tradespeople including Boilermakers, Fitters and Electricians (approximately 6 staff) who perform maintenance on fixed and mobile plant at a large quarry based at Wamuran, about 15 minutes from Caboolture.

Specifis of the role include:

• Assistance with the creation & ongoing supervision of all plant preventative maintenance activities required to be carried out by the afternoon shift staff
• Collect & record information on existing equipment condition (via forms, sketches and verbal; descriptions) for use in future maintenance activity planning.
• Assistance with the creation and ongoing supervision of all Risk Assessments & Job Safety Analysis for all afternoon shift staff
• Compliance with all of the requirements of the Mining & Quarrying Safety & Health Act & Regulations

Essential requirements for the position:

• Current Trade Certificate
• ‘C’ Class Drivers License
• Minimum 3 Year experience in a supervisory capacity

Ability to communicate effectively at different levels between technical, trade and management staff is required.
