Hays Resources and Mining are currently partnered with one of the worlds largest mining companies.

We are assisting this client in their search for Mechanical Fitters who would like to base themselves in Mt Isa in a family friendly role that would allow you to come to your family each night.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:
* Maintenance and repairs to fixed plant equipment
* Responding to breakdown call-ins
* Maintenance on conveyor systems, pumps and overhead cranes
* A positive work ethic and a desire to develop new skills

Ideally candidates will:
* Have previous mining exposure
* Knowlwdge of Warman Pumps
* Fixed plant fitting skills with experience in Conveyors, crusher and basic pneumatics
* Previous experience on Rod and Ball Mills
* Have 2 years post trade experience
* Be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Successful candidates will be offered an attractive salary package and relocation.
