CBH Resources Limited (CBH) is a Sydney-based mineral resource company operating base metal mines in Cobar and Broken Hill. Additionally, CBH has developmental projects at Sulphur Springs (WA) and Hera in the Cobar area, as well as a concentrate shiploading facility in Newcastle. The Endeavor Mine at Cobar in NSW is an underground mine with associate surface facilities with a mine capacity of 1,200,000 tonnes of ore per year to produce around 140,000 tonnes zinc concentrates and 60,000 tonnes of lead concentrates per annum. The Endeavor Mine is seeking an Underground Electrician, reporting to the Electrical
Supervisor Surface.
To be successful in this key role the candidate will have:
�� Competences to remove, dismantle, diagnose faults, reassemble, test and return equipment to service.
�� Completed training and assessments successfully enabling you to operate competently with a minimum of supervision.
�� A sound understanding of equipment, the maintenance management system, the operations of stores system.
�� Successfully completed training to enhance and broaden their basic trade skills to align them with organisational requirements.
To be considered for this role you will have:
�� Electrical Trade and NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
�� HV Electrical Operators Certificate.
�� Phone/Data Certificates preferred.
�� Level 2, Senior First Aid.
�� Technical accountabilities must be able to be consistently maintained.
�� 2 years maintenance trade experience in mining.
�� Mobile equipment – Tamrock Solos and Jumbos.
