Our distinguished client is a key player in the mining market, specializing in the underground mines and minerals operations. Due to continuous expansions and developments within South Australia they are seeking to employ production mining drillers, that have had experience within the following area's Blast Hole, minerals exploration and as a drillers assistant. Our client in return for your loyalty and dedication shall provide FIFO from Adelaide and Whyalla, an extremely flexible roster within a full time employment basis inclusive of five annual weeks leave (with loading).

Reporting to the Drilling Supervisor, this is a highly competitive role demanding the necessary skills, competencies and motivational attitude. A solid understanding of the Safety, health and environment and Occupational, Health and Safety within the mining regulations acts is crucial. Experience with Chuck drives, multipurpose rigs, top and rotary hammers, R.C. and D.H.H is an added advantage and not a minimum requirement.

To be successful for this role you will need to be a team orientated individual who can obtain a federal police clearance, pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening, be in possession of an HR or HC drivers license, a forklift license, and a Senior first aid certificate. You will also need to have been in a similar position for one year and be able to demonstrate previous experience in a mineral processing plant.
