Our client has been established for over 25 years within Melbourne with offices in several states servicing clients in commercial, fit out and educational sectors up to the value of $50M. With several large scale projects currently the need for highly motivated site foreman / leading hands has become apparent.
The role will have you primarily responsible for overseeing all day to day activities of a commercial new build project valued at $2.5M.To be successful in this position you will have several years experience in a Leading hand position preferably with a Tier 1 or 2 builder or in a junior foreman role.
You will be highly motivated and looking for the next step in your career, a natural leader and a fast thinker capable of strong decision making and have a history in the commercial construction industry with a head contractor.
