Civil Foreman; earthworks, structures and roads; for a contract position in West Melbourne, working on interesting sub-divisional projects.

Our client is a leading privately owned civil contractors based in Melbourne, with a great reputation and solid track record. They have a client base of leading developers and public sector clients and are well placed to see through this economic downturn.

Traditionally our client focuses on subdivisional and civil infrastructure projects. To be successful in this role you must have the following key attributes:

Major Bulk Earthworks Experience
Previous background as a Plant Operator will be highly regarded
Minimum 3 years experience as a Foreman in Civil Construction
Team Management of approx 10 direct employees or more
Experience with Co-ordination of Multiple Sub-contractors
