Great Opportunity for a Commerical Leading Hand to Run a project
A major Tier 2 contractor with a turnover of close to 1 Billion dollars in large scale commercial, high rise, institutional and civil projects have recently picked up some smaller contracts in and around Melbourne's inner suburbs.

The company is looking for a Foreman or Leading Hand to deliver a $3M commercial project that has experience managing projects autonomously or in a 2IC capacity. Candidates will have had exposure to running multiple trades and coordinating with architects, clients and engineers with an ability to read plans and identify design faults with an allround problem solving approach.

You will have had good experience working on projects that involve structural steel framing, suspended slab and post tension works as well as a good eye for detail in your finishes trades. Candidates ideally will come from commercial builders and or developers, however leading hand/foreman candidates looking for an opportunity to step across from high end residential are also welcome.

All candidates will be offered career development and the opportunity to build on their current skill-set through regular training courses and support from experienced project and senior site management.
