TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Fort McMurray, AB
Responsibilities
In this position, you will apply your electrical and mechanical skills to service, troubleshoot and repair mining equipment, including shovels and alliance products. Tasks also will include providing support for PLC and DDC upgrades and programming; performing maintenance and preventive maintenance in equipment; and lending technical support to mine operations as necessary.
Qualifications
Candidates must have significant experience in troubleshooting mining shovels while working in an open pit environment. Demonstrated electrical proficiency is necessary, plus a commitment to safety and accuracy. Basic hydraulic and mechanical knowledge applied to a broad range of related equipment is preferred.
