Incumbent will assist by providing financial and management accounting support and leadership for the the company's operations. This role prepares reports and analyses monthly financial information for the company's operations for decision-making and ensures compliance with Accounting Standards, Income Tax legislation etc Must possess and display initiative, judgement and a degree of independence in identifying problems, researching solutions and taking appropriate action to develop capabilities, systems and performance within the finance team. Be tertiary qualified in accounting, commerce or a related discipline. Experience in the mining industry will be highly regarded
