Assistant Quarry Manager/Supervisor required with good practical experience of the quarrying industry and a sound working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Responsible for the efficient and effective running of a busy hard rock and coated unit, and management of the operations in conjunction with the Quarry Manager.
Duties will include ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Environmental Protection Act and requirements of other statutory bodies; creating and managing small flexible working teams at the unit, capable of delivering customer requirements efficiently. Based in Scotland. Salary to be advised.
