This large multi-disciplinary company has just won a new national contract with a well known Telco company and urgently requires 5 mechanical engineers with previous building service experience.

This Telco company are refurnishing their telecommunications exchanges in a $5m upgrade project across Australia. The first phase of the project will be a disciplined technical audit of the condition of the current equipment and their surrounds. Other key tasks include preparing feasibility reports on various electrical options, preparing detailed design for electrical components components, and undertaking inspections of construction works to confirm conformance with design. Experience is required in upgrading services in existing buildings, understanding of generators, main switchboards, DC & AC power applications, risers within buildings, transformer requirements and pricing of components. There will be some interstate travel within Sydney required, and there are allowances for food and travel if working off site.
