Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

Summary Description of Duties: DUTIES: • Complete necessary paperwork, w/o’s, pr’s, r/a’s, daily schedule, and etc. • Effectively communicate with co-workers, other Supervisors, General Foreman and Superintendent. • Assign crews to specific tasks in order to meet daily maintenance goals. • Supervise crew activity during shift to ensure safe and efficient accomplishment of assignments. • Develop crew skills to levels of maximum efficiency and safety. • Ensure optimum use of facilities and equipment. • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: • Ten years heavy equipment experience. • Five years mobile maintenance experience. • Previous CAT schooling, classes, or experience required. • Complete necessary shift paperwork, w/o’s, pr’s, r/a’s, daily schedule and etc. • Effectively communicate with co-workers, other Supervisors, General Foreman and Superintendent. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Previous training experience required and must demonstrate strong training skills. • Ability to look for ways to improve process. • Must have the ability to supervise and motivate people. • Must have good Safety and Attendance record.
