My client is a Junior Exploration Company with a variety of exploration projects on the boil.

Currently they are looking for a Senior Geologist, or a Exploration Manager with a Corporate focus, who would like the career opportunity within 2 years to step into a MD role within the Company. With a variety of projects going, the Company is looking for a 'hardworking' person who has the passion and knowledge to take them to the next step in their business growth.

Ideally you will have the following skills and attributes:

Excellent Technical skills
Working knowledge of the Corporate Mining world and ability to follow and direct to Company procedures and goals
Excellent communication skills to deal effectively and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders
In return for your knowledge and drive you will receive a excellent remuneration package, that comprises of a excellent base salary + Super, a generous options package. Also negotiable are relocation expenses.
