Our client has an international presence that contributes to their progressive and innovative name in the Australian market. They are expanding their project management team for the delivery of recently won projects as well as to position the company to execute its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of commercial projects. Forming an integral part of the executive management team, you will take control of the project delivery team and have the primary responsibility for the daily operations and strategic growth of the division.

You will have construction experience ideally in a commercial capacity and possess an in-depth knowledge of budgeting, programming, assessment of build-ability and construction methodology. We require those with tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related property discipline, as well as a proven track record in coordinating the full project cycle on time and to budget.
