This well established company has successfully managed the completion of more than 100 projects in its 12 year history. Their diverse portfolio currently includes projects in the following sectors; retail, capital works, residential, hotels, commercial as well as sport and leisure. Due to the acquisition of new and exciting projects a unique opportunity has become available for a construction professional to join their senior management team.
The Role
Your role as Senior Project Manager will involve the management of the entire process from brief to hand over. You will work in a collaborative manner with both clients and consultants to deliver successful outcomes on behalf of a diverse range of major clients. Furthermore you will be instrumental in driving business growth through your extensive local networks.
You
Tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction
Experience in senior positions with contractors and/ property developers (ideally 10-15yrs experience) Demonstrate a strong portfolio of projects and clients
Exceptional negotiating skills, verbal and written
Ability to act and think quickly while under pressure
