Working with the top players in the resources sector, this division will rely on you to take a hold of several large scale projects on in different phases, from concept, feasibility, and design through to construction. A highly autonomous role, you will benefit from a unique bonus system that will see you gain from each successful project you bring to completion, and also through any business development. Heavy involvement with clients, ensuring project delivery within the resources section on several high profile mining ventures about to commence. This combined with several international mining projects will give you the opportunity to gain Principal experience in a relatively short period of time. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project milestones are met successfully and if possible, completed to a higher quality, and for the management of the electrical design groups for electrical works. You will need CPEng status or near completion and have substantial experience in providing electrical services with several years in the position of Lead Electrical Engineer, and with particular knowledge of bulk materials handling and/or minerals processing to ensure you have a chance at this role.
