Foth Infrastructure & Environment LLC, a nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Mining for our Minneapolis location.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists
Manage client communications
Manage project schedule, budget and delivery of professional services
See that Corporate quality control measures are adhered to
Change management
Primary contact for regulators and legal interaction
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project management, report writing and presentation skills.
Understanding of regional environmental studies, environmental engineering, EIS documentation and permit application preparation.
Oversee detailed engineering and monitoring plans that evaluate project performance.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills.
The ability to teach, mentor, motivate, and develop skills in other members.
Participate at high level in public meetings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 10 years with a technical consulting firm.
Past experience with the preparation of engineering studies, EIS and permit documents and natural resource assessments, preferably for mining development projects.
Experience with integrating complex engineering and environmental studies.
Established working relationships with Federal and State agencies is a plus (EPA, DNR, etc.)
