Reliability Engineers X 2

Our client operates one of the largest manganese mines in the world, and is currently seeking two Reliability Engineers to join their Business Improvement Team. Located on one of Australia’s largest islands, employees have access to excellent sporting and recreational facilities.

Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent, you will be responsible for the identification, initiation and implementation of equipment reliability projects in line with overall business improvement; technical input into preventative maintenance techniques and overall equipment strategy development in line with operation requirements; and the implementation and management of reliability processes and procedures.

To be considered you should possess:

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Ability to liaise and deal with people internally and externally

* Effective facilitation and presentation skills
* Team player and self starter with initiative

A mechanical or reliability engineering degree, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar reliability role is desirable, however if you have a trade background, coupled with significant relevant experience you are also encouraged to apply.

An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate, including performance based incentives, holiday travel assistance and subsidised housing. Residential or FIFO arrangements are negotiable.
