Our client is a global supplier of machinery to mining and heavy industries. They are seeking applications from marketing and project management professionals with experience within the mining industry for their Indonesian office.
You will be responsible for developing their business of drilling, crushing, screening, bulk materials handling equipment, parts, service and other after market products in an expanding growth sector within Indonesia and South East Asian countries.
Additional responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing sales and account management
* Aftermarket operations including performance contracts and service
* Business results
* Mentoring and leading a professional team
* Accountability for the success of long-term business development of Company products
To be considered you should hold engineering qualifications with a minimum of 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, contracts tendering and negotiation and product management. Additionally, you should possess a demonstrated background in developing business growth in a competitive environment within a professional organisation.
Based in either Jakarta or Balikpapan, you will be offered a competitive remuneration package comprising housing allowance, vehicle + driver, schooling allowance package, spouse allowance and KPI calculated bonus. Additionally you are provided with return flights for the family to home base twice yearly and four weeks annual leave.
