Our client is a leading engineering consultancy with a track record of success in the provision of engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services to the mining and energy sectors.

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to continue to formulate and implement the business development plan for the Queensland region.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Account management of existing and new clients;
* Interfacing with other Business Development Managers and executives within the group to ensure a continuation in the cross pollination of project and services work.

To be considered for this role you will possess:

* At least 12 years Business Development experience in an engineering or mining related industry;
* Tertiary qualifications in either Engineering or Commerce. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded;
* Effective negotiation skills;
* Excellent presentation skills;
* Ability to undertake travel on a regular basis.
