Our client is a leading engineering consultancy company with a track record of success in the provision of engineering, procurement and construction management services (EPCM) to the mining and energy sectors.

They are seeking a highly motivated and eager Recruitment/ HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Brisbane.

This key role will be responsible for but not limited to recruitment of skilled personnel, liaison with management and supervisors to identify recruitment needs, develop recruitment strategies, administration of employment offers and contracts and assist with training and implementation of performance management programs.

To be considered for this position you will need to posses the following:

* Minimum of 5 years HR engineering- based or Mining-related industry experience.
* Advanced Microsoft office and good communication skills
* Ability to undertake extensive travel
* Proven ability to negotiate and influence people whilst maintaining focus on what needs to be achieved
* Accept responsibility/ accountability for the job without close supervision in addition be willing to learn and assist where necessary
