Crusher Operations Manager Mongolia
Reporting directly to the Country Manager in this newly created position.
The position will be located in Mongolia and it is a permanent position.
The areas of responsibility include developing from start,managing a small team, organizing and planning upcoming works and maintenance activities, quality assurance, OH&S, working closely with the sales team and managing day to day commercial business within the country.
Be reliable, hand on, mechanically minded and solution oriented.
Have good interpersonal skills.
Have minimum 5 years Crushing/Screening experience. Concrete Batching experience would also be highly regarded.
have gained this experience either through a mining operation or quarry operations.
Some Drill and Blast experience would be highly regarded.
Posses exceptional marketing skills.
Have recent references.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration and leave package.
The position will be offered on a Single Status basis.
The salary will be paid in US Dollars.
