DEPARTMENT
Operations
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-Time
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Provide clerical assistance to Equipment Manager
Collect and compile data from operations
Create spreadsheets, summaries, and other records as required to compile the data
Create and issue reports from the data gathered as required
Maintain records of equipment whereabouts and transfers
Update and issue monthly internal rental information
Maintain records of equipment purchases, specifications and other information
Maintain records of capital budgets and capital costs
Maintain and issue records of operating costs
Gather information from suppliers as needed
Assist with administration of special projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Relevant post-secondary diploma and/or degree
Experience: Two years of experience in equipment analysis or related analysis activities
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Construction accounting software, preferably Timberline or J.D. Edwards would be considered an asset
Knowledge of Maintenance Software would be considered an asset
